Fantastic, Maxine - short and powerful. Can I ask whether twitter's constraints made a difference during the composition process for you in any way? Were you conscious of the space/limits?
Ashley - Interesting you should ask - I did have to remove a few words. I realised that most of my poems are kind of circular and it was tricky to come full circle in such a short space.
